Personally I feel that more oaks would attend should there be bikini car washes at every event. ;) hehehe.

I love attending the events, always fun! But sometimes life just happens and I think that's the problem for most guys. Especially the guys with kids etc. Like I was so looking forward to the Autobahn event this past weekend and then life happened and I missed it.

Its just the way the cookie crumbles.

But keep up the good work Yas, doesn't go unnoticed. :clapper:

BUMP for those that attended the Autobahn BMW Meet and Greet/Photoshoot.

Could as usual only attend in the afternoon, once the shop was closed, fortunatelly it was close to home, so could still make a good 2hrs worth of "mingling".

I will always support a Fanatic-event.........provided it fits in with the shop's open/closure times, and then the breakfast run......eeish......

do I forgoe my valuable sleep and wake up early ?...as I normally only awaken at 10Am to 11Am...I am a nightowl !

Thanks Ralf...

Breakfast run is late compared to what other clubs/crews do and Sundays are breakfast run days. Its odd having a breakfast run on any other day.

We try to accommodate everyone.

Have event on Saturday - "business men cannot make it"
Have event on Sunday - "Resting day"

Arbee and team....You guys voluntarilly take on this 'pro-bono' work and deliver great successes purely because it's driven by passion for the brand and the community. The last event was my first event attended and in all honesty, it was planned and executed with perfection....

Thanks guys :praise:

I think this event was great - All brands were welcome.

What I liked was the timing -The fact that we left according to time stated, and that everything happened according to a schedule which allowed me to make the most of my time there.

Really awesome day and good food...

Time is something i am very regular about. Agreed, the breakfast run schedule was on target. However, one should always prepare for a few minutes extra here and there.

Thanks Gav, was lekker to have you with us.

Edit: 90% of events going forward will be an invite to all brands, across TheFanatics.co.za forums.

Guys,

I was in the convoy with Bruce when we drove to The Glen, the way it happened was hair-raising and scary - speeding up and then suddenly coming to almost a complete stop.

I would suggest for future events to rather meet up at a place rather than drive there in a convoy.

Thanks for the feedback. The convoy did have some parts where we had to brake a bit hard. However bear in mind we had about a 70 car convoy and other motorists also try to gap in between.

We had about a 40 car convoy for the November breakfast run, and that was over 90kilos. The run was successful and everything was handled beautifully.

We will take you advise into consideration though. Thanks again for feedback.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I think it was discussed to end in the event thread. Your feedback has also been taken into consideration.

The events team will manage convoys better. :=):

Thanks

Bump....

We would appreciate some feedback on what types of events our members are looking for....ie...more chilled and relaxed events like CnC and ice cream meets, or a mix of those and some paying events like paintball, go karting etc.

We will also appreciate event of events after we concluded one, so we can gauge what was done right and wrong so we can work toward making them better for the community.

Thanks guys
