I have no complaints, I'm quite busy during the week, and as an Accountant get roped into to helping NPOs, and that's voluntary. So I know what's it like to have to find time to do this work, Its the same with you, as I'm sure you must make and find time to setup events for no reward but for the love of the BMW brand and fanatics.

You will never make everyone happy, one person may come up with a suggestion and the next person disagrees with it. So keep doing what you doing with the passion and learning from mistakes, you can only improve.

In my voluntary work, if I get criticized, I tell them to come and take over my position, then they think twice & keep quiet.

Finally, I read Blue F30, I was what did I do??, luckily you mentioned not Bernard Sjoe!!:rollsmile:

Just one suggestion from my side, next time we should arrange so that all the people that attend are together. The show and shine was a bit of a distance from the music (obviously this was due to power issues not in our control) but people were all over different areas in groups.

This is just my opinion, and the event was awesome. Thanks again for hosting a great event :bravo:

Yeah, next time we will allocate an arena area for display and a parking area. Thanks again for your time, I enjoyed the music!

Just an opinion from my side.

It is hard to make sure all the spaces are all together and so on as there can never be a precise nr of cars attending.

I haven`t been at well any events in the last year but those I attended before was awesome. :thumbs:

Arbee, considering the resources you had available, I think you did a commendable job, together with your wing men(Jody, Divio, Fuzz, to name a few)
Yes there are some teething issues, but they will always be there cis it's imposible to please everyone.

All in all, I think the day was a success except for the speeding issue:nonono:

A warning on my profile is in the public domain , right ? But you wanted to discuss on PM.

I only have four points:
1. I was not told of nor were there any rules or demarcations as to where we could drive.
2. I was not reckless ! I wasn't told anything when I exited zwartkops.
3. I probably maxed at about 40/50km/h ,Really fast and reckless?
4. Guys that drove from their parking spots to the plane for their photos, drove similarly.

Events Administrator , sir , I wouldn't have if I knew the rules.

Did not see any issue with parking at the dyno event. Think the event was well planned and organised.

Ok, so with the dyno event being the first for us we did make some mistakes. For example, the diesel class was judged using NM. The rest kw. In future, we will simply add kw + nm and the highest total will win. Cool?

Although, many local (gp) clubs use the method we used.
