Hello all

im currently not receiving any notifications to my e mail from this site, no reply notifications from subscribed threads, no notifications of PM received etc.
My e mail account is active and in working order
Someone please help

Go to "User CP" and then "Edit options" under your profile and see if notifications for emails is enabled.

When subscribing to a thread, you have to select to be notified of new replies.

Otherwise your inbox is full. Go delete some messages, clear your sent items and remember to empty your deleted box when done.

Thanks chef but all the above is fine, the sudden change in not receiving notifications happened after website update

Hi Guys,

Sorry about this, please check the following:

1. Check your email Spam folder.

2. Make sure that your forum subscription settings are set to send an instant email notification:

Will check if your email address are listed as Spam on our side.

Arbee, it's not the settings on our profiles that's the problem. All email notifications seem to have halted. I'm not getting emails for PM's either and I've checked everything I could.

I have notified our webmaster and I'm not sure if he knows the problem or if he's working on it... Could be something to do with the security certificate that's outdated? Not sure.

Trying to reset password. Can only access from my phone (already logged in). But trying to reset from pc. No emails coming through.

Send a PM to an admin with the new password you want and they will do it for you.

Explain that you can't do it yourself because of no emails coming through :thumbs:
