Noise from pulley on cold start

Good Morning Ladies and Gents

I have a problem with my E90 320i.
There is an intermittent noise on cold start up coming from the pulley on the left of the engine (if you facing it).

It sounds like a pulley. Its intermittent and only happens at cold start.
Sometime sounds a little grindy.

Any ideas of what it could be.

Well it could be the tensionor or idle pulley.

You may have to change both. Sometimes the grease in them drys up causing that noise.

I have the same problem.

Yep.. same thing here.
All sounds normal after a little while

This happened on my E90 320i. BMW replaced the tensioner @ 75k kms on mine.

mines does the same on cold start:thumbdo:

mine used to do that, new v-belt and pulley and noise is gone.
