Both your plans are great to start.
But if the body is still solid with no rust or issues I`d say get a donor car.
Just wondering what the thought was behind removing the window rails though.

There is a guy on here currently selling his door panels maybe have a look, or you can even speak to Gizmo he might be able to source some, but R1500 for all 4 isn`t all that bad.
