Hey guys

so been on the forum for about 3 Months now, Excellent info and write ups.

When I joined I had a 2002 E39 530D which I have sold and awaiting collection of my 2010 320d LCI

lol :smilebounce: cant believe from driving VWs all my life I have bought a second BMW lol

But with that being said according to my budget I was able to find a clean E90, It did lack the extras I was looking for like Xenon Lights and 18's but I will settle for what I get and within my budget.

Should collect by end of this week and then will start shopping around for Mods, both exterior and performance.

looking to do very back performance mods, Just IC, Software and decat for now...

cosmetics def going to change the wheels, Maybe a nice front spoiler and boot spoiler, and bring it alittle lower to the ground maybe a set of springs or coilovers not to sure yet.

Cant wait to collect and look forward to hearing from those that have 320D's to share some light on them

Congrats please sure pics of the car once received.

This is an awesome ride you going to have lots of fun with it.

Here is my ride

She needs a good detail but haven't had the chance and the weather in kzn hasn't been spot on...

But loving it, gearbox felt abit jerky so took the car to Ricardo at ZF waiting for warranty to kick in and will book the car in to get the issue sorted

But I love it can't wait to do software and downpipe and give it some extra power

Thanks bro!!

Loving yours also, car looks sweet...

I still have a few cosmetic changes to do on the car but first thing is that good detail and then some power...

Thanks Gents

Already spoken to a few tuning companies to get the software done and also need to start looking for places in KZN to get the downpipe done...

then we can power this thing up

Try Flowtech exhaust for the DP. Excellent quality and workmanship. For software I would go with RK Motion.

Go To Roadmaster in Pinetown or ACE Performance in Umbilo.

Both excellent service and quality.

+1 on Roadmaster. Got my dp done there for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted elsewhere.

Thanks guys will give them a call today,

Was kinda sad the car didnt have a usb port lol then i looked in the boot for the mulf 2 and it doesnt even have it so retro fitting is out the window.

Spoke to both Madness motorsport and RK pricing is the same for software

All my vags was Insane Racing tuned also good friends with the guys there but the only issue is Leon is in johannesburg

Congrats on the purchase man!
You really can't go wrong with a 20d. Consumption and torque are great with these cars, and the auto box isn't the worst either. They are beautiful cars!

Congrats and many happy miles mate

Boxes are a total different animal with XHP software.
If you can arrange with @WIDEOPN-X3 to take you for a drive in his car.

That would be epic, I do feel the gear changes arent as on point as the DSG lol but nothing a little manual shifting doesnt help with....

but im keen to see the differences with the gearbox after the xhp flash
