What's bothering you about the G01's HK sound? Should be perfectly acceptable once the equalizer is set to optimum. For me a U-curve equalizer setting, bump the base up and set the fader a little towards the back. I found this to work for me.

What specific help in regards to the HK are you looking for bud?
Got BLAM BMW specific speakers (except underneath subs, still stock), fitted a MATCH UP 10-channel dsp amp (plug & play for bmw with HK harness; made by audiotec fischer). I need someone in GP to help me tune my sound properly. Volume is there but something is lacking as time alignment has not been done, proper tuning (EQ), etc. I can also connect external amp on the MATCH amp using RCA Out (got a kicker KX8000.5) I got a 8” RF slim sub and an enclosure but no-one to put everything together for me. I love proper sounding car, if that makes sense.

Yeah you going to need a professional installer that is familiar with MATCH. Maybe try google to recommend some guys in your area (whilst the forum members in the know get a chance to chime in).

That said, the "weak" point in the HK system are the underseat subs followed by the amp. You could have retained stock speakers, replaced the underseats + MATCH UP 10, and you would likely have had a system that is hard to beat in terms of SQ. If you a bass head, you could always add in the extra sub.

Dont forget to improve the Sound Deadening - this can make a significant difference when done correctly.

It is definitely the amp needs to be fine tuned via the App.
Im jealous as once fine tuned you will have an amazing sound stage and imaging, set to your liking (provided you do this with your chosen sound guy)

Message sent with the contact details.
I hope he can assist you

then let us know how it turns out

I would say pay a visit to Hygrade Audio - Uncle Suli. he can check it out and help you or point you in the right direction bud.

Not really professional Bro - Audio Motive Distributors, they distribute audiotec-fischer products, RF, etc have not been helpful to be honest! I got the sense that this is a new product in SA and people aren't using it much compared to RF, Focal, etc so they also cannot figure it out. It took me about 4 months to get the "plug & play" amp to work, when it finally did, I realised later that the one underneath sub wasn't actually working, went again and experimented with the software and it did. I feel like I am not brave enough to fiddle with the software out of fear of messing things out - also I do not have the technical knowledge about car sound (voltages, etc) I feel I would rather pay someone who knows the stuff to do so than mess things up. Also, I personally prefer to leave stock underneath subs for midbass and add a proper sub in the boot - speakers I definitely change. As for sound deadening I am definitely planning to put proper material on all four doors like the whole surface area of the doors.

Yes, their tuning software appears easy to use it available for free on their website. I just do not have the time to read and tryna figure the amp out - I can pay some damage to have someone do all of these things for me. I will post feedback here when done.
