New Member-335i or 330d

Hi Guys, I am new to the forum. I currently own a Honda civic type R, unfortunately it is time to let her go as I need a 4 door car.
I am deciding between a E90 335i or a 330d.

Any advice?
Common problems?
Things to watch out for?
Whats the fuel consumptions like?
It will be my everyday car!
Anyone in the forum plans on selling please PM me.

Welcome man, that question has been thrown around on this forum a few times.
Even though I still wonder which one is best..only way to decide for yourself is to go and drive both.

330d will give much better fuel economy. If the 335i is an N54, then the 330d will also be more reliable with fewer mechanical risk areas.

Replace HPFP, turbos will eventually go, injectors maybe, o and water pump. Other than that and a high fuel bill if you really enjoy it, it's forking grand. N54 all the way

If u buy an N54 today the recalls would already have been done. As was in my case as well. :coolShake:
