Hi everyone. I just thought I would introduce myself as I have joined the euro side for now!

Just bought an 01 330ci Cabriolet and so far I am absolutely loving it.
When I first bought the car I had to fix the lower radiator hose as it had broken at the fitting which connects to the expansion tank; nothing a Stanley blade and hose clamp couldn't fix! While I was under there I noticed there were no leaks other than a slight weeping from the bottom of the power steering reservoir and a small leak to the rear of the valve cover and in addition I gave the underside a good wipe down with some degreaser. The plugs looked perfectly normal and she runs beautifully.

I have a few plans for her but overall I am to keep her looking pretty much stock in terms of performance and perhaps just modernize her appearance and upgrade her tired sound system.

I will give her a nice service in the coming days and hope to change all her fluids and clean up the plugs if need be.

Thanks for reading!

Thanks! I have tried but can't seem to upload using the option in the thread creator as it keeps saying image is missing - tried a few times now. Any other ways to do this?

Using Photobucket seems to work if I insert the images in the text editor!

Thanks all for the warm welcome!!

Ended up doing my oil change today only to run into my sump plug sheering off into the sump threads. Managed to get the broken section out but I need to get a new sump plug!

Can you believe I didn't even use force to break the bolt. Literally broke by itself with the copper crush washer looking brand new.

Just a little update:

Yesterday I installed a set of Eibach Prokit Springs! They are without a doubt worth every cent and give the car a decent drop. The drop is enough to make the car look lower but not so low that you scrape on everything. The install took a friend and I a total of six hours but we tend to clean everything that we have access too so my suspension components are looking brand new!

Here are some shots from yesterday!
