New member/ $2 bov mod

Hi guys im new to the group.
I recently bought a e92 335i dtc stock standard
I came a cross a video on YouTube... $2 bov mod
So you basically just capped the ports off and leave the hoses exposed
To make a nice dumping sound
So I just wana find out how safe is it?
