New Member - 135i coupe

Hi to all,

I am a new member and been an admirer of BMW cars for many years. Now in my early 40's and always dreamt of owning a BMW with a straight 6 motor at least once in my life.

In Aug 2012 I bought my 1st ever BMW, being a used Alpine White 2009 BMW 135i Coupe manual. I bought the car without even previously driving one.

The car absolutely blew me away and I had a lump in my throat as I drove away from the dealership. My car is driven on weekends only and is still proudly stock. I enjoy every single minute of it. :rollsmile:

My dream is now to one day own an "M" car.

BMW is not a car company, it is a way of life. raise:

In the 6 months I have owned my car I have been greatly amused at how many BMW haters are out there. At every single social, there is always a mention of a BMW or an M3 in conversation amongst guys :blab:
