dig the pic of the front wheel off the tarmac, well done budSo First Race with New Motor done and dusted!
And what a place to debut the motor! The Kyalami 9 Hr.
Went straight into Class C during Qualifying.
Finished both races. So now I need to work on being more competitive in the higher class
Somehow I wrote this a few weeks back and it never posted 🙈🙈So First Race with New Motor done and dusted!

Some Pics at the last race at Phakisa.
The track has become an absolute mess, I love the layout but it’s become so abrasive on tyres and facilities just really bad.
Car ran flawlessly, went 5s faster than my previous best with 330 motor, still waiting for my new suspension need to find another 3s to be competitive in my class
Yeah I know all MSA Permits were revoked, until something gets done.GT Supercup was due to have an event at Phakisa this upcoming weekend but MSA had a meeting with track management last week and has withdrawn all permits there until they meet certain requirements. Luckily GTSC managed to secure the East London Circuit instead of the event being completely cancelled.

How do these handle compared to the RE11's?My Dunlop Semis are now in about 190 laps, and can probably handle one more event.
They are a little different, seems it requires a a different set up, and slightly different driving Style. How do these handle compared to the RE11's?
On a side note, we were battling with the same issues and found that the diff was binding which caused it. Pre-load was 200nm! So getting that fixed.we battling with a bit of under steer
Sorry to hijack this thread, but this is an interesting comment, I notice my car will understeer on liftoff, but as soon as I give it some gas, it tightens its line...could this be a diff binding issue? Its a bit disconcerting flooring the car into a corner that you are not making to get it to make itOk so no option going forward then. Still have 2 sets of RE11's so will use them until I need to replace. How strict will you guys be on tires when racing @ Aldo in Sep? Most if not all still run RE's here.

Mine is the opposite. So turn in is sharp. Then mid to corner exit we get understeer. Basically as soon as you want to or get onto the power it pushes the nose. So the initial thought was that the inside front lifts once you get onto the power. We went to a higher spring rate in the rear to try and counter this and it did help. In faster corners we saw a reduced lift time. But in tighter corners we still had the same issue. Not sure if this helps with your issue.Sorry to hijack this thread, but this is an interesting comment, I notice my car will understeer on liftoff, but as soon as I give it some gas, it tightens its line...could this be a diff binding issue?
