Update.

So the 335i didn't work out so well.

So now I am the proud owner of an 2011 E90 330d
Honestly cant feel any difference in power what I can say is that it feels like the 330d is a lot smoother drive. All in all a happy chappie

What was still wrong with the 335i in the end?

Yeah my patience was tested to the maxed and felt so humiliated.

Regarding consumption filled up drove 200km and its now between 3/4 and full so pretty happy

From what I understand is they are settling the 335i with the money they are getting for the 330d. All in all the 330d is 10k more than what the 335i was financed for.

The problems with the 335i was the ABS error that kept coming up, waterpump error, boost pressure error and the heater and defogger that wasn't working.
