330 was 154 in a 100km zone in Oct
X5 was 184 in a 100km zone in June
M6 unkown in Nov

All on M1 NORTH BTW MARLBORO DR & WOODMEAD DR

What do you guys suggest I do? Should I see a lawyer asap or wait until I get served?

Jeez, you're suppose to have received a NAG "Not Admission Guilt".

You get summonsed to court and you have to please explain as to why you deserve to have a license and be on the road.

NAG's can be anything between R2K- R5K. :RedNo:

Just don't wait for it to find you. If you know of the court dates (even if they were missed) get a lawyer to guide you through.

The last thing you want is to be held for contempt of court.

Between 2-4 months. It looks like a normal court summons but no amounts to pay on there.

NAG is actually a serious offense.

I think you should wait for the summons and take it from there.

Problem is that the whole postal service is screwed due to the strike. So the summons could have been issued a while back and his court date missed due to no post being delivered? :dunno:

Call up that local Metro Police, and have them check your fines, as Payfine don't have everything listed.

If its AARTO notices then go onto the AARTO website and go read up what exactly you need to do in order to get it sorted.

Like Cape_Tonian said, if there were warrants, then you would have been arrested on the spot, but the mere fact that your speeds were so high, the notices to infor you of the warrants are either on their way, or already there, but delayed due to the Postal strike.

NEVER just sit back and asume it will be ok... this will only make it worse like Dyllan said, best is to maybe get Legal aid on standby, as the offence history, of you having multiple offences will for sure make it worse when pleading your case.

Good luck :thumb:

One of the reps that visit us in the store also showed me a fine he recieved 2 weeks ago with NAG on it, didnt know what it mean, so I told him: Nee wat broer, dis NAG vir jou, jy gaan tronk toe, jy moet maar vir jou vrou vra om vir jou oorskiet kos in die tronk te bring vir Kersdag :roflol:

He was actually quite worried after that, will hear today what he found out about the NAG fine, and he was doing 125 in a 80 zone on the N7 with a Hilux
