Coisman said:Call up that local Metro Police, and have them check your fines, as Payfine don't have everything listed.
If its AARTO notices then go onto the AARTO website and go read up what exactly you need to do in order to get it sorted.
Like Cape_Tonian said, if there were warrants, then you would have been arrested on the spot, but the mere fact that your speeds were so high, the notices to infor you of the warrants are either on their way, or already there, but delayed due to the Postal strike.
NEVER just sit back and asume it will be ok... this will only make it worse like Dyllan said, best is to maybe get Legal aid on standby, as the offence history, of you having multiple offences will for sure make it worse when pleading your case.
Good luck :thumb:

Dont stress to much about the fines
remember - they cannot stop you and force you to pay anything on the spot
If they do - you are entitled to ask the for the permit to setup where they have stopped you
regardless - they are not allowed to do so.
As far as warrants and fines go - if they have been issued they need to be served to you in person by an official. until then nothing can happen to you period.
check my PM i sent you

Thats why they arrest you on the spot, and take you to the office, and print out your warrant, or lately they have a remote station on the road, where they can print it on the spot, serve it on you right there... So best is to make contact with the Traffic Department/Metro Police and get it sorted.

Xack said:Quick Fact: AARTO AKA Administrative Adjudication Of Road Traffic Offences; decriminalise road traffic offences Gentlemen :cartel:
AARTO specifically decriminalises traffic violations and no one can be guilty of a criminal offence for non-payment.
