N54 Tensioner pulley - GW or OEM?

So I've recently (+-500kms ago) replaced the OFHG, oil cooler gasket and intake manifold gaskets on my car and it has now developed a nasty squeak, linked to rpm that's audible from cold start, up until it's at about 90deg then the noise goes away completely. From my assessment it's definitely coming from one of the pulleys or the belt.
So the plan is to replace the belt first, then the tensioner and if needs be, the idler.

My question is - would anyone advise against using a GW tensioner/idler over the OEM ones on this application?

Replace the belt, idler and tensioner pulleys as a matter of urgency...

GW parts are no different than agents for the belt and pulleys. I did the comparision a while ago and its the same part.

I have seen what can happen when the belt comes off so definitely want to avoid that.

Thanks for the advice. That's exactly what I will do.

Replace all together.
Belt
Tensioner pulley & both idler pulleys.

When the belt is off you can check the other pulleys...
Alternator &
Powersteering pulley in particular.

Get pricing from BMW and ask for a discount. They gave me 20 percent on my tensioner and it worked out just r300 more than the goldwagen part.

I would still buy the goldwagon part without any concern and save the R300
