I would be interested in your feedback on the two different suspension setups... problem is the new tires are way better than the old rubber you had so that will skew the results
I was still on the stock rubber for almost a month before fitting the VMRs with Yoki S drives bud.
The KWs are way more comfy. Even lower they are way more comfortable and my fiancé also enjoys the ride. The damping settings on the KWs are still stock from KW's factory. I have only tweaked the height.
I have done a few hard launches with both setups and I would say the car reacts the same from the line. Maybe there would be a difference around a race track? I must say around bends the KWs is fantastic! I also had the privilege of weighing the setups and the KW coilover with spring is about 2kgs lighter per corner compared to the Koni shock with H&R spring. This will also affect handling.
My 19" VMR wheels are also 11.5 kgs in weight (wheel alone) compared to the stock 19" Talladegas which weigh 16kg! :flyfun:
So all these mods are making the car lighter. Next up will be better brakes. Particularly something with a floating disc and possibly lighter calipers to make her lighter too cause the R suffers from weight already despite the drivetrain loss.
