Congrats, car looks really good.

If it was me I would of put on a few thousand km before i modded.

Car had 1300 kms when it went for it's tune. Got really used to the power as my heavily modified Peugeot felt almost the same.

I am currently on 1700kms (Trip back from JHB to Bethlehem)

I won't lie, but I kinda like the R! It looks good!
Shaheen and Sanjeev are both mates of one, so I'm sure they did some good work man!

Congrats on the car! Step up of note from the Pug

I can get you anything from Koni, H&R or Eibach lets discuss further by PM so this does not turn into a massive suspension thread :)

You certainly don't waste any time with the mods or putting mileage on your car. A true petrol head!

Doesn't the Golf R have a M/P or S/P?:fencelook:

BMW is the worst, because their MP is the most comprehensive. Every one else don't really care, as long as you don't stuff the engine up on a low mileage car and come in every few months for a break change.

Thanks guys! :ty:

Future mods may entail an upgraded High Pressure Fuel Pump, Audi RS4 Fuel Pressure Valve, Upgraded Performance Cam follower and Stage 2+. May also look at an upgraded FMIC and BSH Oil Catch Can.

Suspension will entail Coilovers (Possibly springs) and some Swaybars with some Powerflex goodies.

I may look at a Brake upgrade too, but for now the R has stunning 330mm brakes!! Stops like a beast!

I have a question, did they at least put vented discs at the back or did VW leave the solid discs at the back? All the GTi's have solid discs at the back from the factory.

My 1M has 360mm discs up front and 350mm at the back. Drilled and ventilated semi-floating.

Damn that is one sexy car! Congrats
You sir are real petrol head, don't think I've seen a car get modded that early in it's life.

Eager to see the new dyno results!
