My Ruby Red E12/8 M535i.

I needed i a car for when my wife use our chev aveo to go to work , so i was looking for a cheapie to use when i work overtime and to drive around daily. was on the look out for a bmw e30 318i (damn hot cars)when i passed this car and because i know the owner , i bought it on the spot. the car was in driving condition , need a roadworthy too and the right front tyre was flat, so we (my friend the mechanic) tow the car to his spot so i can sort out everything and enjoy my new ride.

i sorted out a few things on my car because it needed a lil tlc , like 2 new mags in 16inch that was already scarce, so i founded a 325is 16inch mag and a 14inch as sparewheel. i am looking to put the E39 m5 mags on my car but rather want the 17inch in that shape. so i hope this december i can cruised around with a open sunroof and enjoy the summer.lol.

i would love to put this bumper on my car it looks hot.

@ twinz - lol that's true.

@ Hella's - just the boot was badly rusted so i was lucky enough to get a whole spareparts Bmw E12 518i, even in the same colour to take what i need for mine. even got leather seats lol.

@ free rider - Because a lot of guys was going for E30 project cars , i was thinking what about a old school ride like this with some minor exterior and interior mods , it would stands out cause there are not alot of them on our roads anymore.

@NIC S - a friend's 325is that also run at the saldanha drags last time. maybe he is going to take part again but he is looking for a 2.7 piston so i dunno if he would make it in time.

i have to say it again... E12 535i Turbo... what a vision! I'm tempted to start a project car now

BMW.WP, I bought the Angel eyes from Autostyle and the price was around R1900. They are not for the E12 though. I think it is for the E30 or E36. It took a lot of mods to fit them but it was worth every cent spend.

Suspension is standard Bilstein. It looks lowered because of the 18" wheels.

My car are almost finished and i need the new bumpers to compliment the new paint.

I don't think they will have in stock, but they should be able to order for you, but be prepared to pay as it won't be cheap.
