Then The golf got stolen and long story short the M3 got sold as well. I already had my sights on a lovely White 540i that was lingering around the for sale section. So I couldn't resist and organised tickets and accommodation while I was away with work. As soon as I landed the very next day we went to collect Jandre's car in cape town and drove it back.

I Lay in bed last night thinking about this. Since my trusty beloved golfie was stolen in september 2011 It upset my balance in cars I had then. Since then I started buying and selling in an attempt to restore that balance.

Anyway I always end up looking for pics of my cars so Thought it wise to have them all together in one cosy thread. So when I want to show my folks or friends I can find them in one convenient place anywhere in the world
So let's start form the beginning.

First car was a brand new 2002 VW citi.com 1.4i Dark metallic blue (7D7D colour code) Goflie Mk1.

Old Pic considering the technology back in 2002. Drove it off the showroom floor home. What a feeling.

Needless to say it got bling'd out over the years. With 15" Zax classics and eventually fitted michelin's all round.

Next car to follow as most of you should remember is a real treat. It was my introduction to BMW and it made me join this very club to do research on it before buying. And it sure paid off. Best Car I've ever owned. And probably for a very very long time.

The E90 with new shoes. Excuse the car it is exceptionally dirty. I was indecisive between which set to keep on the car. The Style 220's or the CSL reps. So ended up keeping the CSL reps. The Style 220's will be for sale now with new tyres. Will start a thread soon.

(These are for sale now)

As the car is currently

The CSL Reps looks good on the car, is the ride much different compared to the 19's?

I seem to prefer OEM+ so for me its the CSL Reps over the ellipsoids from a look perspective, from a reliability and longevity perspective I would say ellipsoids.

The tyres are 40 profile so the ride feels pretty good and comfortable. Only negative feedback is that I don't like looking for 19" tyres. It's nice to have a fleet of 18"s. Makes life so much easier :)

Time for an update...

Looking at the last post @Ray! I think I will take you up on that offer, Provided it is your 313's we're talking about :)

Now let's see. I only really post in this thread when the intention is to keep a car, so I haven't posted any of my wheeler dealer specials in a while. 2 E46 320d's went through the driveway and both of them were really nice specimens. And they both were hands down the most frugal of cars I have ever owned.

I can't find pics of the second one, but it was also white, had silver trimming and came from a forum member. Now that was a spectacularly nice example. Had xenons and was purring like an angel.

Now I have an E90 320d that is up for sale, I mean sold/traded for the next chapter :)

Now I was considering trading the 320d for a B6 Audi S4 2003-2005 models and had a look at a couple. I do like them, however I wanted an ///M instead.

So after looking at a fairly nice example today we negotiated a cash difference and we should conclude the deal by thursday.

I'll keep you in suspense and post pics after I give the car a proper clean. I am very very excited...
