Nevin came by for a main belt change and air filter change today as they won't be replace by Leo Haese when they carry out their service special next week. Nevin supplied the parts.
On changing the belt, the tensioner pulley felt a little rough so I drove Nevin to Alberton town to source a replacement and while we were at it he saw and bought the style 68s with excellent tyres for a really good deal from Big Boss Auto, I said to him if he doesn't take them I will, lol. Loaded them up in the touring, checked they all straight, replaced the cheap tyres that were on there for the good ones Justin supplied us with and took them home to fit to the car. They are narrows and wides with Yokohama 225/45/17 and 245/40/17 all 80-90% tread, he got them for R6500 wheels and tyres, bargain!

Dusty and original.

Old parts.

2010!

Next visit the brake pressure sensor and MAF will be replaced as both are showing faulty on diagnostics. Brake fluid will be flushed and fuel filter will be replaced as it's still the original from 2003.
