To answer some of the questions.

@ FerrariRSA - Pics were taken at Campus square when I went to view the car on Saturday.

@ h4tch3t - Headlamps as well as a few other things, as expected from a 12 year old car. One of the things I wanna change is the Green interior .:thumbdo:, I do no know officer, I bought it like that ! :biglol:

Nice ride. I like the hard top. I had a 2001 Z3 3.0 in Monaco blue with a hardtop. I'm restoring a 2000 Z3 M Coupe. She's also white. Parts on these babies are expensive. Cnt wait to have her back.

Its was a standard Z3 2.8 with a ///M 3.2 motor and gearbox transplant.

probably just me, but I would never touch a car with such a modification done UNLESS I personally oversaw the process. But that is just me. And Im sure if Shaun went with to inspect it, a good job was done (obviously if you are happy also the job must have been meticulous).

@ Ambi - Its a Toy, wont be using it everyday, I jumped at this opportunity cause most of the work I wanted to do has already been done. The converion on the car was done by RGM so the workmanship is good, I was even given the Invoices for the conversion by the previous owner. :thumbs:

I will get spome engine bay pics and add to this thread later. :thumbs:

It was, Car requires a bit of work, nothing major.

Paid 85K, Its worth much much more. :=):

@ Amby , the conversion on this car was done to perfection. Everything from bracing the diff mountings down to changing the diff ratios to match the engine was all done by the owner. Workmanship is clean and one can clearly see lots of money was spent on it. To be honest I was trying to fault it but just could not. The drive in the car was this beast just waiting to pounce but I think it was more fear of holding it down that didnt let us put it through its paces.

A ///M3.2 is fast in a 4door , one can easily do the math of the same motor now in a Z3 , its just plain down madness hence the nagging sessions I have been giving to DVST8 to becareful with it.
