So after month and months of procrastination I finally found the car I wanted on Saterday afternoon. Went today to pick it up, and all I can say is I am extremely happy and giggling like a school girl every time I hit the pedal.

Anyways, it's a 2006 with 69K on the clock, lights package, comfort access ect. Will add pics soon

Shaun Congrats again. You are a both a braver man and luckier man than I am. It's one of the M's I'll probably never own. Enjoy every moment of owning it :clapper:

I look forward to seeing you soon :)

awesome buy there bud, wishing you many many happy miles.

A tip though,

Go out and go buy new big end and small end bearings, they are actually very cheap.

Then go to a PROPER mechanic that knows what he is doing and replace those.

This can be done without removing the motor or removing the heads...

A good friend of mine did exactly the same, and you should have seen what those bearings looked like on his 06 with 70k on the clock, dealer level serviced throughout its entire life.
