Good evening Lads and Ladies

My first post on the forum and looking forward to the BMW experience!!!

As noted in the topic I just became the proud owner of a BMW again...yesssir! Stoked! As I have no kids and the wife is more than happy with that ATM we decided a coupe is the right way to go....haha!

Her name is Lola...the car not the wife and I'm super stoked!

2009 E89 Z4 35 S-drive - 102000kms, driven by an old man in Jhb from new.

Issues so far - 1 week down (LOL) needed a new battery and some oil...nothing major - intermittent errors for adaptive lights, vario roof, engine failure blah blah, I think all because the battery was giving issues and not having enough draw. needless to say, mostly resolved but will need an ECU code check to make sure all is good, but she runs 110% so I'd be surprised if anything major is wrong.

I have a lot of things I want to do and want to really enjoy the car, have had a car under chastity, I mean warranty for 3 years so looking forward to getting back into modding, and trully believe in the power of shared knowledge, so looking forward to all the advice! TIA!

Based in Cape Town, work Khayelitsha (haha, scary but true), a Croat by blood, a South African by wors (jokes, choice!) and a long time RS fanboy! Had a ClioRS modded - cams, induction, exhaust, map/s - still miss that thing! Met amazing people in the forum and hope to do so here as well.

Long story short - I have a lot of ideas for the car and most are probably sh!te so hopefully you peeps can help a brother out to make a mad Z435iS :tiptoe:

Peace
Fuzz

@mia awesome bro. I'm a relative newbie to the BMW scene or at least to the modding and playing with a beemer scene, so looking forward to it!

Thanks peeps, waiting for the car to get a decent valet first, ceramic coat etc...she deserves it then pics will follow! And besides, she's still on her grandpa rims and needs some upgrades so lots more to come!

Going to start a little build thread, or rather "give me good advice so that I don't bugger up my beemer" thread and will appreciate all your advice for me as a nube!
