Hi Guys, well what can I say? Such a pleasant experience dealing with two companies in the USA over Ebay! From order paid to waiting for collection: 9 days!!!

I got the entire door molding kit, inclusive of the M3 logo (New) $125

I got a set of perfect, I mean perfect, door seals (Used) $310

The above prices include shipping!!!!

If anyone is thinking about going the Ebay route for spares, please PM me, I can give you some advice! But Trust me, so far I have had a very pleasant experience!!!

Sure mate, the name of the Ebay seller was "importpartsdrey", search for him on Ebay, but it is the Ebay.com address not UK or DE. Great service from him!!!

Small update gents, the car is being primed and should be ready for paint on Thursday!!!:thumbs:

Some useless info, new windscreen cost R1700 (not bad), the windscreen moldings (from the stealers) R325, rear screen molding R520, go figure! Interestingly the weather strips on the doors come in at R620 each, how the heel do these guys work out their prices? Windscreen molding is the cheapest yet biggest of the lot, the smallest being the weatherstrips, the most expensive. Suppose it is all about supply and demand????

Anyway thats it for now!

All glass still to be removed and doorhandles will be removed before paint!!

Very Happy just bought complete BMW trunk toolkit (with cloth) on Ebay for the princely sum of $22, the shipping was $32, ha ha!!
