Things look rather hectic, just got back form panel shop, halfway through the strip, very terrifying, but I suppose it will all be worth it in the end!

Just let the guys know they left some of the door panel on the door, teh top strip. The glue is kak in them and it comes undone, you will need to stick it back to the car. Also one cant see if they removed the glued on weather stripping on the bottoms of the windows. Its cheap so get them to paint under there.
Also if I were you I would have the lip pulled off and sprayed without it. You can also add it again later of you like it.

Small update, just got the best news! Found an entire WORKING Sunroof for the princely sum of R800, motor mechanism tray everything!

So I got notification that my spares that I bought and ordered off Ebay are in South Africa and that "Customs Clearance is complete". Does that mean that they will now be couriered to my address that I have given? Sorry guys this is a first time purchase for me!

Yep you should be getting a slip in your postbox shortly which says you can go and collect.

I cant see nicely, but have they taken the doorhandle trim off? If not, there is an easy DIY to get them off.

Calypso, yes they have, in the pic they hadn't but I asked them to as we are replacing the gaskets behind the door handles. Calypso, I gave a street address as delivery point for the spares, will they drop it off? When I placed the order they didn't want a PO Box? Thanks for your responses and sorry about all the questions!

Covers and gaskets are one piece. Pretty cheap from the dealer too.
If your just using regular USPS you will have a note to collect from the post office. If are using a proper courier company they can deliver to your door. Get a tracking/waybill number and find out from there.

Thank you Calypso, put my tracking no into SAPO speed services and guess what? My parcels had been sitting there for three days already!
