Dont know, never did a before dyno. The butt dyno is confirming less turbo lag and more torque at low RPM. Cant say for sure though, sorry :thumbdo:

Ok so I finally got my M Performance exhaust for my F30 328i a couple of months ago. Thanks for MAX for all the advice!

I paid R12400 for the box and got it fitted fot R600 @ SMG Pietermaritzburg (Cheaper than most)

I must say it is relatively expensive, but it is worth every penny!raise:

It really makes it sound like a 180kw engine. I think the 4 cylinder, with OEM exhaust makes the car sound a bit PUNY.

There is no noticeable power difference, but that not what I wanted the box for.

The exhaust sounds roughty, loud, bangs on up changes and flutters very nicley when comming off accelerator

Put your foot down at a robo and people get sooo confused! :roflol:, sounds like a DSG.

Anyway the box really complements the 8 spead Sport auto, Everyone would really enjoy it!

The Mperformance exhaust does not affect MP as you can purchase it from BMW themselves. I stand to be corrected but they will also fit it for you.

By now carbon built up nicely she will sound even better. Now all is left is a down pipe and watch how much more better it gets. In terms of power and sound :tiptoe:

I have a F30 320i. What are my options in terms of M-Performance exhausts? I asked the workshop manager and he told me there's nothing available for my car :blueCry:.
Surely modifications can be made to fit the M-Performance exhaust without affecting the MP?

not really as the 320i has no join section for the rear box .. so cutting and welding will/may result in defaulting ur mp .. but have a chat with steven cool .. he's done it on his 320i ..

The 328 doesnt have a join either, they, bmw, cuts the exhaust off. Bmw refuses to fit the 328 m exhaust on 320s. Dont know why...
