My M Performance Exhaust Review (F30 328i)

Wow, this is very good.:thumbs: This sounds close (maybe 80%) to my E93 335i with M Performance Exhaust. The idle sound is similar to my E93

. The E93 335i M Performance Exhaust is marginally louder at high revs.

The 28i engine is starting to look appealing. I drove the 428i Convertible last weekend and was impressed. The car feels faster than the specs say and this is coming from my 335i.

Hehe, i love that 335 M performance exhaust. My 328 sounds just as moody as that 335 when you blip the throttle during cold start :rollsmile:

Speaking of sounds - any idea if the 328i motor sounds any different to the motor in the 320i?

Went for a ride in a colleague's 320i the other day, and that sounded like a sewing machine from the front and the back.

Possibly due to your foot becoming heavy so your ears are pleased :blab::rollsmile:

My consumption is currently sitting on 8.4l/100km. I do about 75% open road on my daily commute. This figure use to be 6.4 :roflol::roflol:

I think your car sounds great on cold start.
Not too disimilar from the x35i on cold start to be honest

My car has normal auto box not sport auto and yes, it does do the DSG fart sound. Listen to the bit with the window open with your headphones. Its pretty loud :thumbs:

I still suggest you contact BMW SA about the fitment of this box as it wasnt originially intended for the 320 and you dont want to lose mplan. :thumbs:

So after a few PMs with Max, we decided to meet and I must say....the video doesn't do this car any justice. It sounds AMAZING!!! You can hear the different tones that the car makes on Eco-Comfort-sport :drool:
