Unfortunately the M performance HAS kit is around 40k now fitted….a huge difference in price compared to just springs, but it is the right way to go no doubt.

Yikes, that is a crazy amount of inflation... maybe Deago can work some magic on the parts cost?

Supertech fitted mine before I took delivery 2 weeks ago - R25k fitted incl VAT. Labour included in that was only R4500.
It did involve a bit of negotiation but the parts discount wasn't huge, only 17% if I recall.

Thats great news, I think you owe us a thread in the showroom of the new addition? :)

Thats damn great, 2 of my clients were told, labour is 17k, no way around it, but then again cars were not new.

Small update....

Decided to stick to the ACS Springs route and had them delivered and fitted yesterday. However I could not collect yesterday as the car was only going to be ready late in the afternoon and I was not willing to deal with my pet peeve...TRAFFIC!

So waited till today and collected the car a little while ago. Immediate impressions - albeit a short 10km drive from the dealer to home, I cannot feel any difference in the ride quality. Visually I am happy as I did not want the car too low as I have the worst luck with front spoilers and while I know the springs still need to settle in, I think I went with the right choice for me.

Can't wait for the weekend now and hoping the bad weather we expecting from tomorrow subsides before that so I can drive it properly to get a better feel.

Think I am done now with the look and stance...can start saving for that exhaust system, to Akra or not or to ACS or not? 🤦‍♂️
Really want to change the front spoiler as it has a little chip on it which annoys the hell out of me but the Wife has given strict instructions not to buy another until the current one breaks :ROFLMAO:

Car looks amazing, I'll be going this route soon. Haha I also have a chip on my front spoiler, I got told them same thing 😅 to wait until this breaks. So I touched it up with a permanent marker and its not visible from afar

The weather has been rather unforgiving in the Cape with all the rain. Fortunately got a chance to go on a First Sunday run yesterday morning...still had some rain and extremely wet roads but was nice to drive the Beast for the first time since having the springs done.

Dont know if its just me because I am bias towards the Michelin PS4 tyres, but the Pirellis are not great, especially in the wet. A couple times i felt them lose grip a bit and this is after giving them sufficient time to warm up. I have been pricing the PS4s and was planning to get them done at some point but it is almost a priority now.

Anyways, some shots from yesterday, taken by a bud who was also on the run.

Pirelli’s are absolute rubbish, it’s the first thing I changed out…no grip when cold, takes ages to warm up and in wet weather they are borderline dangerous.

Your car is looking awesome!

The thread also lasts longer on the PS4s, the only difference from my experience with PS4s vs P Zeroes back in the F82 M4 days was that the PS4s indeed felt like the ride was harsher where as the P Zero's felt more comfortable. But as always on a performance car I was happy to sacrifice some comfort and before I let my P Zeroes go on the current car they need to smooth like a babies bottom, I am halfway there :ROFLMAO:

I also had the PS4s on my previous F82 M4, and the car originally came with Contis, so for me the ride quality felt better. But yeah the search is on for good pricing on PS4s....will keep the Pirellis and the day I sell, will put them back on....

The way the photographer was able to get those lines on the bonnet to make it look like actual vents is EPIC.

Time to update your profile/signature picture bud

If you come across some place cheap let me know. I just priced some rear PS4s tyres and was quoted 12k. Also got another quote at 15k for the rear set.
