My first BMW

Hi all.

Picked up our new X3 20d xdrive Xline on Monday and loving it so far. Everything on the car is great except for the start/stop system, sometimes it feels like the car doesn't know if it should turn off or not when slowly moving forward at a stop sign or interchange.

Overall very happy with the car moving over from vw to bmw and I can see that bmw is a better quality car. Also love all the connected drive stuff :smilebounce:

I will be keeping track of the fuel consumption as i want to see how light I can drive it.

Looking forward to being part of the bmw community.

Welcome bud. The new X3 looks great. Like many, Im not a fan of the stop/start. I rather just off it. It becomes irritating. :thumbs:

Morning. Yes it does come with space saver as a no cost option but you still have to spec it. If you don't spec it on your order then you don't get it although it is free of charge :dunnoanymore:

I don't know of too many people that actually like the stop/start function,it is annoying and doesn't save as much fuel as it was intended to if you ask me. I always just switch it off when I drive F-series cars.
