Thanks man! Even after a few weeks I still can't stop looking at her :)
Was thinking about taking the towbar off, just worried VW drivers ramming into the back.... Let's see if I'm in the mood to get a few things done this weekend though.

Very happy you are enjoying your car so much, told you you won't regret owning an e39. I can relate so much with the way you are feeling, I always turn around and look at my car after parking her. The beauty of this is that the feeling never goes away :=):

Seriously congrats on such a nice find. Whats the mileage on her if you dont mind me asking?

Thanks osiris, much appreciated! I'm really loving this car, I still turn around often to look at it after I've parked it :rollsmile:
The M kit sits really nicely on the E39's, suits it down to the ground!!

Mileage wise was super high on the first few days, but it's come down because I've started getting used to the power. In traffic I sit between 12.8 and 13l / 100km. N1 or long-ish driving it's dipped down to around 11.3.
