Thank you all

Will hopefully be getting JB4 end of Feb once I have enough cash (my dad doesn't see the need for mods so I must pay for them)

What do you guys think about spraying those mags gloss black ? I will do the roof - mirrors and kidney grills done black end of feb too, just not sure about those 1M style mags in black

those mags looks awesome as they are. gun-metal grey is a possibility but i would keep them as is. how much are these 2010 135i DCT's with your kind of mileage going for nowadays?

absolutely love that gearbox.

So JB4 installed at around 02:00 took the car for a run now and OMG I am so happy !!!
On a serious note, when you disconnect your battery dont close your boot unless your bonnet is open or rear seats are down. We had to make makeshift jumpers haha

Was wondering what you guys were doing up at 2am in the For Sale thread. Enjoy the N55 DCT its an awesome car. Throw in some H&R springs or even BMW Performance ones.

Sweet ride! Congrats.

Think the first easy mod you can do is remove the horizontal piece of plastic on either side of the front air dam in the front bumper. Its a commonly done thing on the 135i, as it makes the side air intakes look bigger and gives the front bumper a cleaner look.

I'm getting my 135i DCT on Friday and would also like to do this.do you mean just take them out and leave the intakes open??cos I see you have foglights on your 125i Coupe and they look very nice!!where did you get them??and how do you switch them on??do they automatically go on with your headlights??

From what I read on other overseas forums, you can hack saw off the horizontal bar in the air intake. Here's a link, as you can see its quite a
popular no cost mod to do:-

On the fogs, I think the 125i can be fitted with OEM fogs, not sure about 135i. Think, if I stand to be corrected, it is due to space or cooling requirements for the intercooler in the front bumper. They operate independently of the auto lights, which is a nuisance, and I hardly ever switch them on.

I dont know whether I am happy - expected a bit more and the power is not smooth

I also see it says ambient correction 30% for N/A ???
