My F20 125i

Hey guys. I thought it’s about time I post my ride. I specifically wanted the prefacelift and searched high and wide to find the right one. Drove all the way from JHB to Newcastle to pick her up. Here are some pics. I’ll send some better ones when it’s not raining after a good wash

M badge adds 10kw didn’t you know. I’ve actually been meaning to take it off to be honest it’s just stuck on so hard I don’t want it to leave residue.

My point exactly :roflol:

Good on you for removing it though.

I'm sure someone here will comment with a solution to get rid of residue. I personally don't have any experience with removal of badges etc.

I hope we are talking about the one on the boot. Lol. Leave the fender ones.

Builders warehouse has goo gone. Think I saw it there. Should help without hurting paint

Obviously leaving the side badges. Just wanted to remove the one on the back. Main reason I wanted it off is people automatically think it’s a m135i looks a little cheesy.

I managed to get this one with low mileage and still under motor plan which isn’t easy with the prefacelift.

Anyways I’ve had it for a few months now still loving the drive. It’s comfortable enough for a daily drive and has a bit of pull when you need it.

Going to do a downpipe and tuning with SRSpeedworks as soon as it’s out of motorplan.

Try bug & tar remover or diluted Isopropyl alcohol once you remove the badge. Both safe for paint.

Thanks bud. Yours is looking good. I ordered a set of those double spoke style front grills a few months ago. Never arrived. They look good though

Congrats, these are sleepers. My fondest memory when I had mine a while ago was being at a traffic robot lined up with a Cooper S and Golf 6 GTI. I sensed they were in it, and when the robot turned green... Let's just say embarrassment was served on a grand scale that day.
