I would move closer to work man. 600km + a week is a waste of time(your private time), money, and the car will rack many miles very quickly. :thumbdo:

Thanks for all the kind words gents.....

Something new...I think black wheels suite the car quite well

Your car is amazing. I love the attention to detail, effort and time that went into your car.

From the picture, I personally prefer the previous wheel colour. Unless it is the picture that is not doing justice.

Post more pictures. I love how your car as no wheel gap but yet still decent amount of ground clearance.

Its actually still the same wheels, thats just how dirty my car is. Have not washed it in over 2 months:biglol:

I actually need to raise it. Rear tyres are shot on the sidewalls from touching and front spoiler is now a 2 piece from all the scraping.

What :roflol::roflol::roflol:

I knew it was the same wheel, I thought you re-sprayed it.

In that case, please wash your wheels :smilebounce:

It happens when you are just too trying to "life", but too full of shit to take it to the car wash.

You should see it in the flesh (and hear it too), trust me you will be a changed man.

McCarty Autotrimmers are currently busy sorting out the side bolsters on the seats and also the scuff marks on the driver side door panel.

Took them about an hour to do.

Really happy with the outcome, don't know why I did not get this sorted sooner, as Ive had the policy for almost 3 years and only used it twice.

Will snap better pics on the garage tonight, there is too much sunlight, and the repaired area is still wet.

Sooooo.... Looks like the E92's updates will be coming to an end. Received news that as from month end I will be unemployed again, so no other option left but to sell the parts to gain some funds and also sell the vehicle.

I honestly think its time I register a company and just do my own thing. Bosses are #unts.

Oh well, on to bmw things...

Collected this E46 330i from a customer for a minor service, drove the car home and it was an absolute donkey, no power at all through the rev range.

Car only has 130 000km, which was impressive over the phone for the year model.

So got ready to get cracking which was going to be a quick job. Then I opened the bonnet...

I then call the client to come fetch the car, as I obviously under quoted for this job and that there was going to be unknown damage due to all the rat droppings I saw in the engine bay. The she gave me a soppy story of how she has had the car at quite a few other places and all of them also refused to work on the car and that I can charge her extra she really just wants to get the car to an acceptable state again as it was her late husbands and was standing for quite some time and it has sentimental value bla bla bla

So stupid me accepted to continue with the job.

So I will let the pics do the talking.
Found numerous wires damaged by the rates, that were all resoldered and heatskrunk etc.
Temp sensors, vanos, lambda wires were all damaged. I was surprised the car drove, never mind started. Funny part is the car had no error codes on.

Started at 10am, finished last night at 11pm. Car pulls like an absolute dream now. She will be bringing it back for tappet cover gasket, radiator replacement and suspension refurb. So seems I have made a good impression.

Sucks about the retrenchment, maybe you should seriously consider your own business
