coming along nicely. What did you use to spray the side mirror covers? Did it come out smooth like when done with the professional spray booth?

Used Rustoleum Gloss spray, came out smooth as a strippers bottom. I will snap some daylight pics.

Replaced the Filters with some BMW items as I was running some cheap temporary ones.

Received my COBB Led angel eyes from the States yesterday after a long worthwhile wait.

I will be removing the horrible Halogen angel eyes and retro fitting these, and also blacking out the lights.

Started on the Headlights Yesterday.

The disassembling takes quite some time. Lots of cleaning to do too because of the car being at the panelshop.

Monica Looking all sad.

Surgery "Table"

With lots of patience and a panel tool, I did not use heat as then the plastic becomes to soft and deforms. Want it looking still OEM after install.

Takes about an hour per headlights.

Will continue during the week when I have some free time.

Thought I needed new HID globes as my light output was very poor, but actually the projector glass was filthier than my ex.
