They are very different cars. Looks are subjective and I preferred the way the M3 looked.

Handling wise anything less than 100% it would be hard to tell the difference. The M5 carries it weight surprisingly well. Both of them had EDC etc

Engine wise the V10 wins hands down. It's staggeringly fast and has much more character than the the V8. The noise is just incredible. After 160 it's a complete animal and not much will stick with it.

All in all I am happy with the change an I won't be replacing the M5 for a while.

Yeah the V10 must be a monster raise: - and Ive only just experienced the V8 so its would be to awesome to experience the V10

I've only had the car for 2 months and I just love it :inlove:

If I do upgrade - I would love a taste of the V10
