The box side of intake is also complete. Just to attach the runners onto it.

Regarding the diff conundrum, I'm hoping to source and fit an older 5 or 7 series diff and just make new side shafts. Does anyone know whether any of the older 5 series perhaps had a limited slip diff except the M? I've heard a rumour about the e34 545 being a LS?

Nice Work Stig,

Just an observation - the engine mountings have been painted up - but the welds, they are not complete? With the ponies the 2Jz kicks out, I am sure the welds might give up at some point - never the less, good workmanship.

Are you doing this conversion yourself, or have you got a helping hand?

Thank you for the observation sir. The motor has to come out again to fit the triple plate Tilton etc etc. This build is being done by the only guy I trust building big hp conversions namely Marius from fullboost. : )

Fit the complete rear suspension from a E90/92 M3, that way you get bigger brakes, bigger LS diff, bigger sideshafts ect all in one go. Having type 210 gears gives you options as far as ratio changes too.

I wish there were updates, but there are none, zero, nothing. It's so frustrating :smashScreen:

I only saw this now. I fully agree with you, but the 2nd hand prices for these items are insane. And I've heard that you need to recon the diff after about 120k. Don't know how true that is though
