It has been very well looked after, I'm only the third owner :clap:

Its got the usual stone chips on the front and one or two very minor dents but thats all Very happy with it

Bad news :bawling:

Driving towards Jhb on the N1 on the 13th, A 3,5 ton truck missed the turn off to the weigh bridge so he decided to stop and reverse on the national highway !?!?

Anyways, saw his hazards so slowed down to change lanes, look forward and to my surprise he's reversing with no reverse lights, i try to change lanes but no gap in traffic and cars behind me, i reverse as far as i can but to no avail, He reversed faster than me :cursin:

I would have loved to but i needed him alive for information sake,

His boss says his insurance will pay, so I'm just hoping this is gonna go off smoothly, But still sucks big time to now know its not going to be the original parts and paint anymore :banghead:

In 2001 I bought a 150 luxline honda ballade with AMG kit on.
that was on the tuesday, did the sound install the friday, then on the sunday...:drool:
:cursin: Damb delivery bakkie overtook another car on a solid line, took me out.
I tried to swerve, but he took off the whole righthand side of my car.
Had it 5 days and I was pissed.
Insurance fixed it, and I still drove it 3 years.
man us men really love our cars.

PS: I dont think BMW would appreciate the aerodinamic alterations you made to their design.:clap:

Dnt worry think about the bright side, least ull now have a clean newly painted front end.No scratches stone holes etc Make sure you give it to a good panelbeater to have done!
Maybe you could do an Original clear indicator upgrade?
Could have been alot worst though those trucks are huge!

You will be ok with this dude, and you do not need to fight...

Launch a case with your insurance, get the dude to sign a statement admitting liability.

And thats it.. your done.

Take the car to your best panel beater, and have them start with the repairs, let your insurance company deal with getting the guy to pay and all of those goods things.

Im really sorry about the car man.. That sucks big time. Keep us up to date with the estimates

But at least the guys insurance will pay to fix your M-Sport Bumper, OE Bixenons & clear front indicators. And the intercooler that got damages.. imp:
