My E36 328i

She has got 280000kms on the clock and still pulls like a train despite a few squeaks :nono:

I now have 16" E46 wheels on. Ill post a pic of those when I get a chance.

I enjoy her, you dont see this colour very often.

Im not enjoying the fuel cost at the moment though :banghead:

Getting about 500kms on a full tank. Even if I really really really try hard to behave, she just refuses to sip slowly, greedy girl :thumb:

I havent looked at these pics in a while. I cant believe how much better it looks with the 16" wheels.

Yes, a moer of a long time ago, I had a silver 200STi, then a purple 160STi and then a White 200Sx.

My nick used to be "King" on the old Nizmo forum, I used to have a Maroon Gsi back then. bought a 160Gxi Sabre from Adil aka Aadzo (Zo)to help with the school run a year ago, and to ease the mileage the BMW had to do. Sold it a month ago.

All of it except for the drivers seat unfortunately, its not ripped or torn but its well worn. The original owner must not have had any friends because all of the other seats are really good.

The leather on the steering is also gone. I have bought a second hand steering wheel in awesome condition but my airbag hub wont fit the damn thing. and I cant get any used spare places to swap it for me.

Im considering putting the new one on for a few days while I get the old one re-covered. was quoted R550 a while back to re-do it with leather.

I knew Aadil pretty well. He now has an Almera hatch for the daily drive and still has his imaculate white 200Gxi for the weekends. He is a great guy but we dont really have much in common anymore (no nissans im my garage anymore.)

so far im loving this car. its a 2002 320d facelift exclusive 152k kms. sunroof. removable towbar. mf steering. cruise control. fold down rear seats.

picked her up for R50k with a trade in of R25k on the e36.

decided to add an aftermarket warranty with topup for an additional R6k. pretty much any fault up to about R22k is covered for two years.

I need to do the ball joints and regas the aircon but other than that everything else is perfect.
