Nice history there man!!!
According to you, which one of the hot hatches is the best?
Welcome again man!
Hey bud,
Well difficult question, but will try and answer. It has to be betweeen the Ed 35 and my Meg RS Cup. Both cars are excellent, but does things differently. The Meg was a demon around the track, and the car felt more raw and you were more involved in the drive. But on the daily commute and long trips, it could get a bit hectic.
The Ed 35 was amazingly comfortable, great power (even in stock form) and the power delivery was more constant. With mods, it was simply great, as just with SW, DP, intake and high pressure fule pump, car made 235wkw. The handling was excellent as well, and down to the coast fully modded and loaded, car averaged 7.1l/100kms.
So in essence the Ed 35 was the best of both worlds, and from all the hatches that I have owned (and there were more than the ones pictured here), the Ed 35 has to be the best car that I have owned to date
