My 1km runs at ODI yesterday

Hey gents

Went through to ODI yesterday to get some speeds on the 1km and see how my car is running. Have had it on the dyno at KAR where it did 267wkw and 584nm, it's been feeling good on the road so just wanted to see what it could get on the km.

Car is a 08 335i Auto. Mods are d/p's, cp with bov, dci's, wagner evo1 IC, currently running a conservative version of Sherwin/Xcede's new map with 15psi peak boost. Had about a 20-25% ethanol mix.

Did 5 runs, with my best being the first and last runs at 239 km/h, the others were 237's and 238. Super pleased with the results!!

Last time I tried this it was in a souped up Golf II GTi but my memory is hazy on the numbers. I think it was 155 or so. This is clearly a different ball game!

The stock porker 911 crosses the standing 1km in the mid 250's. 256km/h as tested by Mark Jones. 204 km/h on the QM.

Be that as it may, this 335 is definitely in supercar territory.

What are the Ms doing it in?

My E90 M3 ran 223km:h stock I think, am sure the new ones are much better, haven't run the E92 yet.

At ODi stock M4's are between 245 and 250.

But back to Gareth. For the Conservative map that he is running, his 1km speed not only shows great state of tune but some serious driver skill as well.
