Msport vs non msport

So my buddy has a 135i coupe m pack and i have same but no mpack..

Differences I've noticed. Mpack has louder exhaust and leather gearknob. Some m badges here and there..

1.So my question is the following... what differences are there with regards to suspension?

2. The following were ordered for my car.. however because im selling her soon i decided to let them go to this friend...
Issue is are these same or better than his stock bmw m suspension?

The Stock M Sport Suspension is a bit stiffer/harder compared to original non M Sport

The coil overs are only better in a sense that ride hieght can be adjusted, in terms of handling and ride quality I am not so sure they better than the original M Sport.
