Probably the same as the E34, one is for your driving lights the other for the fog lights.

Looks like one headlight has been restored/replaced? You should not show a man something he cannot have. It is not fair. How many are there again? 6 LCI manuals in the country?

very nice machine...I personally would (excuse the pun) do away with the wood...and go carbon. but she is very nice piece :thumbsup:

Nicely spotted P1000! Yes, the RHS headlight was replaced under motorplan due to water ingress at some point, so the other one is looking a bit dated in comparison and is suffering from the droopy-eye, as we discussed before in a previous post, so still working on what the best solution for me is there, but right now not a priority. Yes, 6 LCI Manuals imported into SA according to BMW SA.

Thanks for the honest opinion MikeR. I understand what you are saying...woodgrain is probably a bit "yesterday", but for me, especially in an all black interior, it works...bit of class and warmth...seems to suit the character of the car as well...

Frikken awesome...

Personal opinion, so feel free to disregard the second that you have read it, but I would not change a thing on that car. I admit the carbon or even brushed alloy trim pieces does look much better, and a TV screen would rock, but based on the rareness of the car, I would not change a thing.

I have a sneaky suspision that if you hang onto her for a few more years, keer her in that condition and original, its going to be worth a fair bit more then what it is now....

Thanks for the all the cool feedback guys! Jandre, I would like to upgrade to a wide screen Nav/tv sometime, but that's way down the priority list right now unfortunately...
