Following on the recent acquisition of my 330i, the following mods have been done:

Supertooth handsfee kit - more affordable than a full house handsfree kit, works very well, outstanding battery life, good clarity both ways.

HID/ xenon brights fitted, Xenon dims were standard.

Angel eyes fitted, looks very cool, much better than the piddly park lights.

Fitted Tracker, complete with a 'carguard' facility.
Bought a Haynes manual.

Towbar fitted today, lesson learnt - RTFMP....read the fucking manual PROPERLY.....would have been a quicker job if I knew to remove the panel that holds the PDC sensors to get to the two bolts that hold the bumper onto the impact posts, instead I removed the impact posts, but they had to come off anyway. I will probably have to disconnect the inner two sensors anyway, they 'see' the towbar. Will connect the light plug electrics tomorrow, ran out of time and energy today.

Now to have the windows tinted and I'm done.....for now.

The towbar, if fitted correctly should not interfere with the pdc.

I had a towbar on my 2 of my E46's and have one on my E90. No issues with the PDC.

Have you considered installing spacers, and using longer bolts to attach the towbar. Might be an alternative to disconnecting the PDC's.

+1 it should not interfere, check how its positioned, alternatively just blank out the one that might be behind it, pdc is very nice to have, do not disconnect it.

Seems if the inner two sensors get disconnected the whole system doesn't work. I cannot bring the towbar closer to the car, it seems the PDC sensors have a very wide 'vision' angle, will experiment some more, I like having PDC, had them on my E36, messes nicely with the parking troll's brains....
