I need to replace the glass on my driver's door exterior mirror. My (original) is the electro-chromic heated (folding) mirror. ("Had" that golden/orange tint to it). Browsing the RealOEM I am having difficulty identifying the correct part number.
Oh, the car is 04/1998 E39 540 manual.
I find 2 part numbers - 51.1.68.209.810 & 51.1.68.250.436, but with vastly different prices. The less-expensive is "Australia National Version". Would this work?
Anybody know which is the correct one, and more importantly, is there an affordable after-market glass available?
