Metelli Products

Hi,

Almost time to replace disks and pads all round. I've always been pro ATE, but seems Metelli is now making a name for itself in the local Market. I know its an italian brand that has been around for a while and a buddy of mine has the pads on his 350Z, but has anyone had any experience with a new disks and pads combination? If so, how does is perform compared to ATE, worth it?

Ate were OE make at a time so.....my choice . Metelli ?

I've heard good things about their products, but have not experienced them for myself. Can't go wrong with ATE of course! :thumbs:

Have a set of discs and pads on my 03 BMW E65 745i which was fitted at 175,000kms. I am now on 220,000kms and just about to replace the front pads with Metelli again. No issues, no squeels, performs like OE and wears the same, only issue is brake dust when it gets close to replacing a bit more than OE but not really something to complain about. I do a brake fluid change when I replace pads so brakes feel like new after that service.

I used Metelli brake pads all round on my 120d before trading it in for the 330d in Jan. Had no issues whatsoever. :=):

Meteli is brilliant.......buy a set and throw the contents away and use the box...it will be better than the contents.
