Nice idea! Not sure how fair its going to be using the obd to judge this. AFAIK the best way to do this is to have everyone top off their fuel tanks, you do the run and top it off again then work out the consumption based off the amount of fuel used to travel the distance :dunno:

Yep - will never be 100%, but if we're all consistent with using the OBC, at least we have a good enough reference.

Ok so I presume mid-end august will be the best time for most. How does 31 august sound? Nice way to start spring. Hopefully andy1gp will also be back from africa by then. Send me responses pls. Also lets take a vote for starting point first. Somewhere central for jhb and pta guys ( and gals), then the route, then brekkie point where we can munch and take score. Another idea is to maybe pitch in something small like 50 bucks each for a prize draw for each division (otherwise the 320d's will take all). Prizes dont have to be big. Just the thought that counts. Also dunno if there are fanatic sponsors who wanna join in. :ty:
