Meet and greet CT

Hey guys, I just saw a great overseas video about a e36 "meet and greet" (moerse awesome vehicles) and was wondering if there is such a meeting going on in CT. It would be nice to see you guys, check out the cars (make a video or 2) and hopefully get some ideas with regards to styling, mods, audio installs. Talk about whatever we talk about on the forum, or even just to down 1 or 2 pints of something. If anything does/can happen, a great spot would be Mambo's in Plumstead. Ample parking, brews and food available right there. Bring the wife/girlfriend and the kids etc.

Would be nice :tiptoe:

meet a greet as in parking and drive, koffee, roomys or a whole day, chill, braai, etc?

Jusso, nou praat die manne!

I'm really keen on getting this to work and I'm sure lots of other guys are to. I don't think braaing is allowed in the parking lot at Mambos. Is there any other place you guys can recommend?

Seeing that I'm new here, and not to clued up on all this, is there a more senior/well known guy/gal that could make this more official?

Kom nou!

Do we really need "official"? The OP mentioned bring girls and fam.....and then said beer at mambos......(lol)....

i see it as a social gathering....but then again I don't think BMWfanatics.Co.za would want to be associated with drinking and driving

The braai thing will complicate things but would be awesome... unless we make this hook up during the day, but most have plans on sundays.

Think we will get more ppl during the evening... perhaps on a friday/saturday evening
