So fingers crossed, clutch and flywheel will hopefully be here this week and if all goes well, fitted by Friday - so I'll be able to take my beast out for the breakfast run.

Contemplating taking leave for Friday to watch the beast roll off the workshop floor at SMG

Hoping that the clutch lands on Thursday, so I can take it through to SMG on Friday morning first thing.

Will let you guys know though. I'm overly excited at this point. Might even shed a tear once she comes of the lift.... And I've paid the bill :rollsmile:

At least when this is over the rest are all fairly small fixes and mostly DIY things Can't wait to cross the clutch and flywheel off the list... finally.

The goal is to have the neatest, well kept E39 M5 in the country by December this year.

My clutch also took a week to be cleared. I can't remember how long the viscous and fan blades took, but I think it was quicker than the clutch. Something to keep in mind for the future I guess.
