I am very interested in this. Was doing some research on supercharging my E63 M6 as well.

So for now, I am gona do the stage 1.

RGM are rippoffs.

Speak to Burgy. He supercharged my car for half the price of RGM. From 124kw to 200kw with a simple bolt on.

He'll sort you out.

I will be supercharging an e46 M3 with Burgy very soon.

I will never use RGM, one of the reasons, they're in JHB, I'm in CT. At this point in time she being modded but no FI. I get a lot of "don't do it", but the bug is seriously biting.

I have a machine shop, was wondering if Burgy would sell the hardware only? Mainly I'm in CT, you guys a bit far away.

I believe he would. I guess you should ask, as he gets dealer rates, so I believe he gets it cheaper than if you had to buy it directly from them, if I remember correctly when I got mine, got a good discount... Just ask him whats possible.

In the case of the M5 the software is far more important than the hardware. I personally with years of experience in tuning wouldn't even embark on something that isn't a kit.

If you are in CT there is really just one person to talk to, Rolf. He will make your car so freaking fast its not even funny!

G-power may not be the cheapest option, but in my books its the most reliable and most sorted kit out there. Which is the only real way to treat an M5 car of the M5s stature:thumbs:
